The City of Napa is developing the Jefferson Corridor Transportation Safety and Connectivity Plan (Jefferson Corridor Plan) to improve access, mobility and safety for everyone who lives, works and travels along the corridor. Jefferson Street is a 5.35-mile-long roadway running north-south in the City of Napa serving as a link to other parts of the City and the greater Napa region. For purpose of this survey, the corridor is divided into three different segments:
- North Segment: Springwood Park to Trancas Street
- Central Segment: Trancas Street to Third Street
- South Segment: Third Street to southern end
