Napa County Landlord Data Survey

The purpose of this survey is to assess the impact of COVID-19 on rental properties in Napa County.  We are requesting property management companies and individual landlords to complete the survey. If an individual landlord has a property managed by a property management company, we encourage a singular response from the property management company. 

If you are renting a room in your existing home to a tenant, we encourage you to complete this survey. 

While we are requesting information on April and May rents, we will likely reach out as the situation evolves in order to continually assess and update the data points.

Napa County Housing and Homeless Services and Housing Authority of the City of Napa have a variety of funding sources that assist low income  clients, and those  at-risk of or exiting homelessness. Programs include the Section 8, landlord incentive payments,  funds for security deposits, monthly rent assistance, and funds for damages to units beyond security deposits. Are you interested in receiving information about these programs?
