We are so excited to welcome you to The Reset. To make sure you get the best out of your experience with us we have designed this survey to help you (and us) figure out where you are right now and what you would like to leave with after your retreat with us.

You will also receive a Facebook link from us so you can join a group specifically for the retreat you are going to attend. Please feel free to introduce yourself to the group so you can get to know the other attendees in advance.

* 3. We have designed some key workshops in a number of areas. Please know we will not disclose any personal details during these workshops. It is completely up to you how much you would like to disclose to the group. This is just so we can tailor the workshops to your requirements.

The first is about how to set goals, look at which areas of your life you might want to improve and how to break down your goals into tasks and keep accountable.

* 4. The second workshop is about how to improve your relationship with food. This workshop will be led by Lauren who is a Nutritional Therapist so other questions related to nutrition can be addressed at this point or over the weekend.

* 5. The third workshop relates to how you can become more organised, find more time for yourself and the things you love and become less stressed.

Time is limited (so we can't cover everything!) but we'd like to address as many of these as possible.

* 7. Movement is a key part of the weekend so there will be a yoga, pilates and walking (weather permitting of course). 

Have you any experience with Yoga & Pilates? Is there anything you would like to have covered by our instructor? Do you have any existing injuries or health conditions we need to know about? We will ask you again on the day.

* 8. Food is a key part of the weekend. We don't just want you to experience yummy food we also want to equip you with skills and confidence to be able to cook delicious food for yourself. 

We are planning a cooking demonstration. What would you like to see made? Breakfast, lunch, dinners, snacks? What are the biggest obstacles to you when it comes to food?
