Martin County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Development Session Registration

Thank you in advance for registering to attend the upcoming Martin County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) Development sessions. The Martin CHIP will be developed over four (4) meetings between January and May 2026. Since each session builds on the previous one, your continued participation throughout the development process is vital!

Each meeting will be in person at the Children's Services Council of Martin County (101 S.E. Central Parkway, Stuart, FL 34994), in the Community Room.
