ECHO Rheumatology In-Person Bootcamp Registration 2026

NOTE:
This in-person workshop is for ECHO participants.
An ECHO participant is defined as a:
- Registered participant of ECHO Ontario at UHN AND
- has attended a minimum of 3 sessions prior to the workshop in the last 2 years.

5.Have you attended 3 or more ECHO Ontario sessions between 1 January 2024 to present?(Required.)
6.Will you require a hotel room for Friday, October 23rd? Please note: accommodations are only covered for those living 60 km or further from UHN. Full reimbursement policies can be found on our website for more details.
7.You are invited to participate in a facilitated discussion (focus group) for research. This 1-hr discussion (2:00-3:00 pm on Saturday, October 24, 2026) is optional and you will be compensated a $50 VISA gift card for your time.
