Walnut Creek's "Heroes Among Us" nominations - September campaign

3.Please share a brief explanation (fewer than 250 words) of how this person has made a difference to you, your family, neighborhood or the City during this challenging time.  During the month of September, we are focusing on people who work in the health care field.
Thank you for sharing your nomination with us!  A community panel will be narrowing our nominees into 3-5 names for consideration.  If we need more information, we will contact you. We are accepting nominations through Thursday, September 30.  Our next round of heroes will be recognized at the City Council meeting on October 5.
