Investment from external funders like Sport NZ and WSNZ historically provide approximately 25% of NZOIA's annual income. This investment is incredibly important for NZOIA and in turn you, as without it we would not be able to maintain staffing and service levels without increasing course and membership fees.

We are currently preparing a funding application for Sport NZ, that if successful will fix investment from them for the next three years. To support that application we need to demonstrate the impact and participant reach that NZOIA instructors/guides have across New Zealand.

Some of the questions are quite specific, as they relate to funding targets Sport NZ (and other funders) have identified. Your answers help us understand what we may and may not be eligible for, and provides evidence for our funding applications. You may not know exact answers.
