Organised by International Culinary Studio. Go in the draw to win $250 in restaurant vouchers!

With International Chefs Day coming up on 20 October, it got us wondering who New Zealand's most influential chef could be. Who stands out to you? Are they head chef at your favourite fine dining restaurant or have they made a name for themselves by cooking and serving the best street food you've ever tasted? There are no rules or guidelines - just tell us who you think has made the biggest impact on the New Zealand food scene. They can be from the past or present.

The person that is identified as New Zealand's most influential chef will be presented with a commemorative plaque and cash to donate to a charity of their choice. And to thank you, we are giving every survey participant the chance to win $250 in restaurant vouchers. Simply leave your name and email address at the end of the survey if you would like to be included.
