· If approved, your badge will be listed as registered in the UNFCCC participants system under ‘New Zealand’, but you will not be part of the New Zealand official delegation and will not be able to access closed sessions.
· You are not authorised to speak on behalf of the New Zealand Government or represent yourself as such.
· New Zealand Party overflow badge holders must act consistently with UNFCCC Code of Conduct and the laws of the host country.
· New Zealand Party overflow badge holders are fully responsible for their travel and accommodation. The New Zealand Government is not able to provide any extra assistance to COP31 participants over and above assistance provided to all New Zealanders as part of normal consular arrangements.
· We strongly encourage you to take out comprehensive travel insurance and to register on SafeTravel.
· Breaching these terms and conditions will result in the removal of your badge.
