It Starts With Us: Family Councils as Changemakers

Family Councils Ontario is inviting Family Councils, caregivers, long-term care home staff and placement students to share about successes and changes made in their long-term care homes. Stories can be as short as a few sentences, or as long as several pages. If you have a lot to share, we would be happy to meet with you to record your story for a blog or video.
