The survey has been created by Dr Furzeen Ahmed (NATE’s Diversity Officer and Co-Chair of Reviewing Literature Working Group) and Anthony Cockerill (Director of NATE). Drafts of the survey were reviewed, edited, and provided with feedback by the Reviewing Literature Working group, including Dr Lesley Nelson-Addy, Mrs Harmeet Matharu, Ms Jessica Tacon, Miss Aaishah Rauf and Ms Thishani Wijensinghe.
