OASAS’ Prevention Unit Strategic Planning Survey

We’d like to hear from you! 

The OASAS’ Prevention Unit has engaged Prevention Solutions of Education Development Center as strategic planning consultants.  Together, we are  seeking input from a broad and diverse group of prevention stakeholders to inform our planning process.  Your responses are confidential;  this data is being collected and summarized by the consultant team prior to sharing with the state team.
