Mental Mojo Sample Assessment

Our assessment will measure a key aspect of your service mentality that is proven to correlate to success. The assessment will take approximately 5 minutes to complete. You'll get your score at the end. Let's cover the assessment in a little bit of detail. 

You will be presented with 28 statements and then asked to indicate how well the statement describes you by using a rating scale to quantify the degree to which you agree or disagree. The mean score is 61 for males and 71 for females. However, a high score is not necessarily a good thing and a low score is not necessarily a bad thing. 

Read each statement carefully and then select the degree to which you agree or disagree. After that, we'll ask you a few questions about your demographics and your company's industry.
