This form helps the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Dartmouth Curriculum Committee and staff schedule and plan for your course.

Due to COVID-19, our current plans for Fall 2021 Term will be to conduct the majority of courses on Zoom. Osher at Dartmouth will notify Study Leaders if these plans change.
