There are widespread reports that the career and volunteer EMS agencies in NYS are coping with a shortage of certified EMS responders.

This voluntary survey of NYS EMS Agencies is designed to gather data on the shortage of certified EMS providers and gauge its impact on agencies ability to serve their communities. Survey responses will be aggregated into a report on the EMS workforce. Individual responses will not be publically released. We thank you in advance for completing the survey.
