Old Town Malibu offers a variety of styles of espresso drinks. Each one has a different ratio of ingredients:

Americano: espresso, hot water, creamer (1:1:1)

Black Americano: espresso, hot water (1:1)

Cappuccino: espresso, creamer, micro-foam (1:1:1)

Cortado: espresso, creamer, micro-foam (1:1:1/2)

Flat White: espresso, creamer (1:2)

Machiato: espresso, creamer (2:1)

Latte: espresso, creamer (1:3)

Straight Up: 100% pure espresso
