What is the best implant position in your opinion?
Look at the images below (screenshots from my software).
Upper molar implant replacement.
There is enough ridge width and height and the sinus is far away.
I placed a virtual tooth to simulate the final crown.
Should the implant be parallel to the adjacent roots (B) or perpendicular to the occlusal plane(A)?
The crown can be screw-retained or cementable. Your choice.
