It's our 40th anniversary for New Year's Fest and we need your help to find the right entertainment that will make December 31, 2025 a New Year's Eve to remember in downtown Kalamazoo. Each year we bring about 24 artists to perform. Some artists started when they were 16 and others start performing when they retire. This is a cultural arts festival that highlights both local, regional, and national performers.

Our 40th Anniversary should be filled with memories and the welcome back of performers who make New Year's Fest special. So, take a minute, think about your favorite performer. Tell us who we should invite back. And, if you have a group who would be amazing to bring, tell us that too. If you have a suggestion for the 40th, there's a place to tell us that too. This is a community festival created by the community for the community - it's your event!

Because this is a community event, we need financial partners to offer all the great free entertainment. Who can we ask to be a sponsor? We need to keep the button prices affordable and sponsorships help us do that. So, if you like New Year's Fest, maybe your place of employment might like it too. Sponsorship is like advertising, it's letting people know that events are supported because they are important to the community. Please take a minute to recommend a business that you think might be willing to consider a sponsorship.

* 2. We are always looking for great local talent who would like to perform at New Year's Fest. If you have a favorite artist here locally, nominate them for consideration. Please remember that our payment allocation for band members is fair but it is under $2,500 a band.

* 3. Sponsorship of New Year's Fest ranges with advertising levels from $250 to $5,000. We are looking for companies that might be interested in a sponsorship advertising program that will help pay for the entertainment. If you know a company that might be interested, can you pass along information for us to follow up? Any information would be helpful.

* 4. New Year's Fest entertainment venues require a button. The activities in Bronson Park are free to attend thanks to the generous grants received by our local foundations. On a scale of 1 to 5, how important are these free programs to the experience of New Year's Fest?
