2023 New Year's Fest Volunteer Sign-Up

Below is a description of the volunteer position available this year at New Year's Fest:

Button Checker: These volunteers greet guests as they enter the buildings and check to make sure that each guest is wearing a New Year's Fest button. Typically, this is an "indoors" job. If you sign up early enough, this is a great spot for a group of volunteers. In some locations, you can even see the show.
Locations: First Presbyterian Church, Heated Tent in Bronson Park, Heated Tent on Church Street, Kalamazoo Non-Profit Advocacy Coalition, & The Radisson.
Shift times: 5:45-7:45 p.m., 7:30-9:30 p.m. & 9:15-11:15 p.m.

Information Tent: This volunteer position helps to manage the Bronson Park information tent. This includes the distribution of event information, and general needs in the park. This position is in a heated tent at Bronson Park.
Location: Bronson Park
Shift Times: 5:45-7:45 p.m., 7:30-9:30 p.m. & 9:15-11:15 p.m.
