Important Information

NYCON will be offering two retreats this year for new Executive Directors with less than five years of experience.

The first retreat will be held Sunday, July 31 to Tuesday, August 2 at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck.  The event will begin at 1pm on Sunday and conclude at 12pm on Tuesday.  Participants are expected to attend all sessions.

We are prioritizing this retreat for organizations in the Hudson Valley region.  The cost to attend will be $1000 and we are working with regional funders to secure as many scholarships as possible for the program.

The second retreat will be held Wednesday, October 19 to Friday, October 21 at the Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel and will be limited to 25 participants.

Please complete this form if you are interested in attending.

Participants will be notified by Wednesday, June 30 for the Omega Retreat.

Some pre-work will be required including submission of organizational materials, a reflective Leadership and Time Assessment, and the viewing of pre-recorded webinars.
