NYC ASCENT Fellow Application

BACKGROUND

This application for the NYC ASCENT program asks about your background, your academic interests, your goals, and your preparation for reaching those goals, all of which will be helpful in making the program fit your interests. In addition, there are questions that ask you to self-assess your strengths and weaknesses in term of your career goals, as well as questions about your existing professional networks. These are to help us evaluate the success of the program. None of the information you give us will be used in determining your suitability for the NYC ASCENT program, which has no prerequisites other than a commitment to participate in NYC ASCENT activities (see NYC ASCENT for more on what these are).
