How often during a typical day would you say you feel down, frustrated or overwhelmed?  Are there certain times of day that are triggers for you?  Can you describe what that is like for you?  For example- I get must frustrated in the evenings trying to get my kids all fed, homework done, and ready for bed.  This is the time of day when I feel most like a failure and tend to focus on my weaknesses rather than my strengths.
