Nebraska Wesleyan University holds an annual Lend-A-Hand to Lincoln day for all first-year students in August.  This is an opportunity for students to be introduced to an agency in their community and do a little work to benefit others ...except for this year.  Due to COVID 19 we will not gather in large groups, travel in full vans and work in close quarters to begin the academic year!  However, if this is an event you would like to be involved with in future years, please provide your contact information.  We will send a follow-up inquiry in June of 2021.

NWU may sponsor a volunteer day in October of 2020 depending upon the circumstances at that time or a small student group may be looking for a volunteer activity and therefore would be happy to assist you on a project.  We also offer agency projects to students through experiential learning courses, typically a more in depth project that involves research and analysis. Let us know if this of interest by checking the box below.

Please provide your contact information and a description and we will see how we can partner.  For questions please contact Shari Sorenson, Coordinator of Community Engagement, ssorenso@nebrwesleyan.edu. or 402.465.2439.
