Northwest Military 2020 Halloween Costume Contest

Halloween Costume Contest Rules:

1) All costumes must be submitted by 10/31 by 11:59 p.m. for a chance to be entered to win.

2) All costumes must be respectful and appropriate for a chance to win. The discretion will be solely up to Northwest Military to determine.

3) Costumes can be submitted as family costumes or individual costumes. Neither one increases the chance of winning.
