2-1-1 Hernando (Free 3-digit number residents can dial or website they can visit when they’re in need of help/resources and don’t know where to turn)

ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) A common population of individuals and families who are employed, working hard, but still somehow struggling month to month and in need of resources

Born Learning Trail (Interactive trails installed in parks that encourage parents and caregivers to engage with their young children and utilize the fun tips and activities the 10 stations provide)

Dolly Parton Imagination Library (Free age appropriate books for Hernando children every month from birth to age 5)

FamilyWize (Free RX discount prescription card that can save anywhere from 42%-70% off select prescriptions)

Florida Master Money Mentors (a supported initiative that provides free 1 on 1 financial mentoring services focused on budgeting, savings, credit use, retirement plans, insurance, etc.)

Little Free Library (structures filled with constantly changing collections of books donated and shared by people and children, encouraged to take a book and leave a book)

Student Board (volunteer opportunities for high school & college students looking to enhance their leadership skills and community involvement)
