Please read these notes carefully and then confirm below:
  1. While it is recommended that you participate every workday, it is understandable that there are days when you may not be able to participate due to travel, holidays, or special events. You can simply resume your participation as soon as you are able.
  2. Daily participation is easy and does not involve doing extra work. It is mostly doing the work you already do, but doing it mindfully following the method.
  3. You will typically receive a daily tip that will help you incorporate a new habit or enforce a recent one using the app.
  4. Remember the community element and the fact that you will be exchanging tips, techniques, and insights with like-minded people and thus getting the necessary support and encouragement. 
  5. In addition, the People-OnTheGo Team will be providing you with input and coaching along the way.
