LIVED EXPERIENCE. FosterClub values the first-hand experiences team members may have in the child welfare system. While lived experience is not a requirement for this position, our hiring panel will take lived experience into consideration. Lived experience in the child welfare system could mean that you had a formal placement in the foster care system, grew up with grandparents or other people who were not your parents of origin, or childhood time spent living in a facility. We encourage and allow folks to self-describe their foster care experience.
