Who: Nationwide children, teens and adults, ages 3-45 (children will participate with a parent present)
When: September 11th- October 24th
Length: 5 days of online diary activities (20-30 minutes per day) followed by a 1.5 hour group webcam discussion at minimum + an opportunity to be chosen for an individual interview (nationwide participants) or an in-home interview for Atlanta residents
Incentive: $200 for online diary activities + $150 for 90-minute online webcam group + potential to be chosen for $125 individual interview or $350 in-home interview
Where: Online for all unless chosen for an in-home (Atlanta residents chosen for in-home only)

Not all participants who complete this pre-questionnaire will qualify for this study, nor will everyone receive a callback.
