Shavasana and Ujjayi Breathing Practice - Tuesdays October 6 - November 10 at 5:45pm - 6:30pm

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - Monday Nov. 2nd is Orientation class, 5:30pm - 8:30pm and classes meet on Mondays starting November 9 through December 28, with class times 5:30pm - 8pm. The Retreat day is Saturday December 19, 8 am - 4:30pm. The fee for this class is $100 and after you register you will be given payment instructions.

Diabetes Self Management - 7 Tuesdays, starting November 10, first class is an orientation class from 3pm - 4pm. Following are 6 workshops, Tuesdays from Nov. 17 - Dec. 22, 3-5:30pm.
