Elevate by Grameen America, is dedicated to increasing women's financial mobility and advancing racial equity by extending our proven approach of engaging with and lending directly to Black women entrepreneurs. We envision an inclusive society in which all entrepreneurs, regardless of gender, race or income, have access to fair and affordable financial services to support upward economic mobility.
Grameen America provides small loans, training, and support to women to help them build businesses, achieve higher family incomes, and revitalize their communities.

1. We follow a group lending model where you will be part of a group of five women. With time, you and your group will grow your center up to 35 members. All participating members must commit to attending the onboarding sessions/program and attend weekly meetings virtually along with various in-person touch points.

2. The first loan is between $500 and $2,500, and every 6 months, depending on your record and support from your center, you will have the opportunity to receive larger loans.

3. Invest the loan to start or expand your small business.
