VAAAC Press Trip

Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County (VAAAC) offers a Travel Media Hosting Program for qualified travel media journalists who are developing feature stories and/or generating editorial coverage of the destination.
The hosting program is available to staff travel writers and editors, freelance travel journalists on assignment and representatives of travel-related television, radio and online programs.
Depending on the nature of the assignment, the VAAAC may assist with accommodations, suggested itineraries, passes to attractions and more. Arrangements are provided at the discretion of VAAAC member/partner businesses and are subject to the availability and interest of participating businesses and organizations. In instances where blackout periods are in effect, press rates may be necessary, especially for accommodations.
Please allow six-to-eight weeks advance notice when requesting media hosting and itinerary assistance.
