1.The HOA board is currently in the process of calculating our annual dues for 2025. Right now, we are not seeing a need for a significant increase in dues in order to cover our normal operating budget (landscaping, insurance, ect.). Given this, do you think it would be a good idea to increase dues to cover costs of hiring contract help for some of the neighborhood projects that we have been tracking and would like to complete in 2025. If so, about how much would you be willing to increase our annual dues to cover these costs?

I do not think we should hire any outside contractors to help with our neighborhood projects.
