Peak's Addition HOA is embarking on the development of a Neighborhood Plan as a road map to our future.   Our first area of focus is the area at Gaston and Fitzhugh within Peak's Addition. This is in PD 362, Subarea II, known as the "Gaston Commercial Tract". It also has a historic overlay.  (SEC. 51P-362.106)

We are NOT seeking zoning changes, but are exploring ideas that fit into the existing zoning language.
