ASCE/SEI 41-13, Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings, is our profession's state-of-the-art standard for seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings. This document combines and supersedes ASCE/SEI 41-06 and ASCE/SEI 31-03.

This brief survey is intended to solicit input from users of the document (and any version of ASCE/SEI 31, ASCE/SEI 41, FEMA 273, or FEMA 356) that will inform an Example Applications document under development by the Applied Technology Council (ATC-124 Project) in collaboration with the Structural Engineers Association of California (SEAOC).

By completing this survey, you can help guide the content of the Example Applications document and make it more useful to a larger audience. Please fill out the survey only once even if you received the link from different sources.

Your input is greatly appreciated.
