Introduction

NACCHO acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which NACCHO and NACCHO Members are situated. We acknowledge and respect the continuing cultures of all Traditional Custodians and the contribution they make to their communities.
NACCHO requests your involvement in the development of the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ear and Hearing Health Strategy. Please read about the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Ear and Hearing Health Strategy survey in the introductory email. 

A little bit about the survey
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes. Whilst in the Survey you can:
·      move backward and forward between questions to change or add to your answer
·      however please be aware that there is no save option so you will need to do the survey all in one go.
