Natomas Unified School District (NUSD) is committed to engaging parents/families to support student success and learning what they value most. This is a priority of the district and one of the reasons why it was included as one of five goals in The Next 5, our 5-year strategic plan. We are halfway through the completion of The Next 5, and we are ending the 3-year cycle of our Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The LCAP is a three-year plan that aligns our funding to our state, local, and district goals and is updated every year.

As we begin to develop the new LCAP for 2020-2023 and prepare for budget reductions targeted at $800,000 - $1 million each year over the next three years due to predictions from economists of a slowing economy and no new money anticipated from the state, it is extremely important that we receive input and feedback from our parents and families to help us prioritize our programs and services for the next three years. The survey should not take more than 10 -15 minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete it.
