Instructions

If you have questions in completing this application - you may reach out to your ECPAC Coach or to Lisa at lisa@ecpac.org.  If you already received funding for Northglenn residents through the H.O.P.E grant - you may not apply here.

Funds requested must be for tuition assistance to Northglenn residents who are receiving your care from March 12, 2020 – Nov 30, 2020 (you may ask for funding to cover/reimburse costs for October if already received).  Families must be experiencing a hardship due to COVID (loss of hours, loss of job, increased need for child care) or must be low income.

To follow other CARES Act tuition assistance in Adams County – provided by several cities – you may ask for a maximum of $200/wk per child for 8 weeks.
for example
o   If you want to provide scholarships you would enter into that line:
§   $6,400 to provide $200/wk scholarship to 4 children for 8 weeks (this is an example)

o   If you want to cover CCCAP co-pays for families you would enter into that line: §  $800 needed to cover $100 co-pay for 1 family for 8 weeks
§  If wanting to cover multiple families on CCCAP: you would enter $2,400 needed to cover $50 co-pay for 1 family and $100 co-pay for 1 family and $75 co-pays for 2 families for 8 weeks each (this is an example)

We will support you in developing a simple tuition assistance agreement with families to sign to submit as documentation.  All documentation will need to be submitted by November 10, 2020.

Please note that the funds for this application are COVID-19 CARES funds and ECPAC will work with you once funded to help you meet all requirements.
