Introduction

Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us about FD&H Live and NECTA.

In 2023 and 2024, the event ran successfully as the HITS Expo, incorporating NECTA competitions, trade showcases, and industry engagement. Building on that foundation, the event will move forward under a new name — FD&H Live — with the next edition taking place in 2026.

We aim to establish FD&H Live as an anchor event for the North East supply chain — bringing together farming, manufacturing, products and brands, food retail, and hospitality. At the heart of this will remain NECTA, a cornerstone of skills, competitions and professional excellence with a 17-year legacy.

We’d like your feedback to help us:
  • Review the value and relevance of NECTA
  • Shape the future programme for FD&H Live 2026
  • Maintain momentum with smaller events in 2025
