Help Shape Victor’s Future Wastewater Agreement with Driggs

Victor and Driggs are working toward a new long-term wastewater agreement, and before City Council makes major decisions about how the system is run and funded, we want to hear from you.

What matters most to you? Keeping monthly utility bills as low as possible? Protecting clean water? Making sure Victor has a meaningful say in future spending, growth, and major decisions?

This quick, 3-minute informal poll is not a scientific survey or vote—but your input will help Council understand community priorities as we consider a revised service agreement or some form of shared governance.

Responses will be accepted through October 31, 2026.
