Submitter Information
Submitter / Presenter agrees to the following “typical” schedule and must coordinate with school:
11:00 am Lunch set up begins
11:30 am Attendee arrival
12:05 pm Chapter Announcements
12:10 pm Chapter Program begins
12:45 pm Questions / Answers
12:55 pm Building Design Presentation from Architect
1:00 pm Building Tours
1:30 pm Clean Up Complete
Prior to submitting your proposed program, please coordinate with the school and confirm the school and/or school district have agreed or can accommodate the following:
1. The facility can accommodate the A4LE NTX Chapter board meeting from 10:30 to 11:30 am within the school for a total of 12 people.
2. The facility can accommodate up to 80-100 people for a lunch time presentation. Please keep in mind, food will be served in this room. We strongly encourage a space in the facility that is exciting and relevant to the subject matter being presented.
3. The school can accommodate presentation technology including projector, projection screen, with voice reinforcement and audio technology.
4. Professionals will be touring the school after the program.
Please note the programs are to be educational in nature. Sales, product, or marketing presentations will not be accepted.
