Hello, and thank you for participating in our 2022 Global Spa Compensation Survey. The last time we undertook the survey was 2014, and with all that has happened in the last few years we are due for an update!
In this survey, we are looking for overall staff compensation data that would typically be known by a Spa Director/Manager/Owner. Please note that we are tallying results by COUNTRY, not by company, or type of spa. If you are a Global Spa Director or Regional Director for a brand, we would ask that you fill out a separate survey for each of the countries in which you manage a property. We are asking for your name and email so in case there are any questions or clarifications we know how to follow up. There are 26 questions and each survey should not take you more than 8 minutes; your accurate responses will be immensely helpful to our industry at large.
The results of the survey will be published in the 2022-23 edition of the Spa Business Handbook, where we will review to see how wages and employment have shifted over time, and how regions of the world compare to each other.
