QTYC Assessment Screening Tool

Welcome. This screening assessment tool is used by the Queer and Trans Youth Collaborative to assist in building the capacity of organizations to work more inclusively with LGBTQ2S+ youth. This tool is meant as a starting point and compass for organizations.

We all exist in a heterosexist and cissexist society that upholds and prioritizes heterosexuality and cisgender identity, and that makes systemic change difficult. The important thing is that we are working on improving our processes and understandings, and we are committed to making meaningful change.
