1. Informed Consent- Introduction

The title of this research study is, “A Correlational Study: Teachers’ Mindsets of Instructional Coaches Roles and Interpersonal/Communication Skills.”

I am Carol Redfield, a doctoral student under the supervision of Dr. Nicole Frederick in the College of Education at Grand Canyon University. The purpose of this is to quantitative, correlational study is to determine if, or to what extent, a statistically significant correlation exists between teachers' mindsets and their perceptions of the roles and interpersonal/communication skills of an instructional coach in the southern part of Mississippi.

The next section of this survey will define the terms and conditions for consent to participate in this survey.
