Criteria to Participate
Unlike much WBL programming that focuses on finding a board seat or getting on a board, this program will focus on serving on a corporate board.

Unlike much WBL programming that focuses on finding a board seat or getting on a board, this program will focus on serving on a corporate board.
To be eligible to attend this track, attendees must serve or have recently served (within the last 3 years) in at least one of the following ways:
--On the board of a publicly traded company
--On the board of a privately-owned for profit company (including young companies with a governance structure beyond an advisory board)
--On the national board of a large non-profit organization (Budgets of $20M or more annually)
--On the advisory board of an organization with an established governance structure beyond the advisory board ($5M or more in revenue each year)
