The National Taskforce for Humanity in Healthcare (NTH)’s Pioneer Cohort will set a new standard for building individual and organizational resilience, well-being, and joy through the implementation of a proven human-centered leadership approach, evidence-based well-being interventions, and a validated measurement tool that captures emotional thriving and resilience. Pioneer Cohort members will contribute to building a future healthcare ecosystem that no longer burns out physicians, nurses, care team members, and leaders, but instead helps them achieve their highest healing potential.

The NTH will select Pioneer Cohort members based on organizational readiness and commitment, alignment of vision and purpose, and willingness to contribute to the global understanding of resilience, well-being, and joy in healthcare.
