As part of my HSC Society and Culture 2-unit course, I am required to undertake a Personal Interest Project (PIP) where I have to research a topic or issue relating to Society and Culture that interests me. The area of interest of my Personal Interest Project is multiculturalism. As Multiculturalism is defined as something that incorporates ideas, beliefs or people from many different country backgrounds. In specific multiculturalism in Australia. The focus question is "How does Australia claim to be a multicultural country, but lacks the representation of people of colour in the media." As part of my Project I will be conducting this survey to be able gain the understanding of the public views on this topic. This data will be recorded and analysed solely for the purpose of my project and all respondents will be anonymous. Thank you for participating.
