NDA Member Survey: Provide Your Feedback on Ambiguous Government Regulations

Later this year, NDA will be submitting letters to executive agencies, such as the Department of Labor (DOL) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), requesting official interpretations on ambiguous or unclear federal regulations that pertain to the day-to-day activities of demolition contractors.

To help NDA identify the most important and relevant topics to its membership, please fill out the two-question survey below with your feedback on confusing rules or regulations that need additional clarity and improved guidance from federal agencies.
