As we aim to create a more equitable & inclusive community, we respectfully request the info below. No personal information will be made public & any info collected in this questionnaire will be analyzed & reported only in its summarized format.

2.Do you like to use visual art or crafting (painting, drawing, vision boards, etc.) to organize or relax your daily, life-related activities on a regular basis?
