This survey serves as a tool to help you determine the documentation needed to verify your work experience. Completion of this survey does not confirm eligibility. At the end of the survey, you will be redirected to the VCOE website to continue with the next steps of your application process.

Once you submit your application packet, it will be reviewed by an academic advisor. Upon review it may be determined that further information is needed.

NOTES:
  • Teaching of the industry sector is not acceptable except for Education, Child Development, and Family Services sector.
  • Experience can be volunteer or unpaid.
