* 10. Firefly Photography will maintain all copyrights to its images. The good news is that this really doesn’t matter to you. All that it means is that you may not claim to have taken the images yourself and you may not resell the images or enter them into photo contests as your own. However, if you buy the digital files, you will have purchased a print release which permits you to reproduce the images.

The session fee is required at the time of booking. You may write a check to Firefly Photography 58 Cottage Circle West Lebanon, NH 03784, or you may pay via credit card (Visa/Mastercard). The session fee holds your date and is non-refundable. The session fee does not include prints or products. No part of any order will be delivered until the order is paid in full. Proofs will be completed within 2-3 weeks of your session date. Due to the large amount of space required for today’s digital imaging technology, we can only archive image for 30 days. After 30 days all images may be deleted. Prices are guaranteed 90 days after delivery of proofs, at which point client will pay current studio prices which may be greater.

If the weather is torrential and I cannot shoot, the session will be rescheduled. Clouds, wind, and light sprinkles are not a problem for our session. Should I have an emergency and not be able to provide my services, I will provide a replacement photographer or refund your deposit. This would only be in the case of a true emergency and is never expected to be a possibility. Photographs taken by Firefly Photography may be used for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, website or any way to promote the business. Images will never be displayed in a negative or unappealing light. Displays include, but are not limited to: website, blog, social media, fine art work, studio, internal & external promotional material and product demos.
